We all know change can be surprising! But this time, it’s for the best!
Our plans have remained the same since 2021. After many discussions with you, we saw a great opportunity for improvement.
What’s changing:
- Starter Plan: A new €5/month plan offering 300 documents, access to images, fonts, external CSS, and JS. The perfect balance between cost and features.
- A redesigned Free Plan: Its quota will soon be reduced to 20 documents per month to better reflect our users’ actual usage.
- An extended trial period: It will still include 300 documents but will now last 30 days and finally include Sharing Links!
- Overage option for Pro+ users: Our Extra Documents option is now available for Pro+ users!
The timeline
The Starter Plan is available starting today. The new Free Plan will take effect on March 24, 2025.
Why these changes?
We noticed that many users wanted an intermediate plan to support PDFMonkey without committing to a full Pro subscription. At the same time, many of you still wanted the benefits of a 300-document plan.
What matters most to us is you—your experience and satisfaction with PDFMonkey. We believe we’ve found THE perfect balance that will appeal to most users while allowing us to continue offering a reliable, high-performance, and ever-improving tool.
Every decision we make is carefully considered, and we’re confident these updates will be a great fit for you!
